About this event
Join us for Sabbath worship at the Seventh-day Adventist Church on Foksal 8, in the centre of Warsaw. Everyone is welcome: whether you have been coming for years, are visiting Warsaw, or have never been to a church service before, you will be received as a guest, not a stranger. What to expect The service includes congregational singing, prayer, a reading from the Bible and a sermon that connects the passage to everyday life. You are free simply to sit, listen and take it in. Nobody will ask you to take part in anything you are not comfortable with. Good to know - It is free, and there is nothing to book or bring. A Bible is available if you would like to follow the readings. - Come as you are. There is no dress code; many people dress smartly, and casual clothes are fine. - Children and families are very welcome. - Try to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can find a seat and say hello. After the service, stay for a while if you can. It is a good moment to meet people, ask questions about the church or the Adventist faith, or simply have a conversation.
