How Spotco works
Before you commit, every activity shows its price and organizer, and the ones you join on Spotco show the places left.
1Find group activities holding this week
Walks, picnics, language meetups, games nights, sport and more in your city. Filter by day or activity type.
2Take your spot
See who’s joined, where to meet and what it costs, then take a spot. If it’s full, join the queue and you move up automatically when someone drops out.
3Chat with other attendees
The group chat opens as soon as you join, to safely discuss the plans before each activity. Users are unable to message you privately, so there are no unrelated private discussions or spam.
Activities you can join
56 activity types across 9 categories, from networking walks and language meetups to five-a-side football.
Know what you’re signing up for
Everything on this week, in one list
Activities sorted by start time, each showing where it is, the day and the price before you open it.

The details before you commit
Photos, the level it’s for, the meeting point, what to bring, the weather forecast, who's coming, organizer info, and every thing you need to know about the activity.

Organizers with a track record
Everyone who attends can rate the organizer, and those reviews appear on every activity the organizer runs.

People who turn up
Everyone has a reliability rating based on whether they show up. It is on their profile, so organizers know who they can count on.

Organize in your browser, no app needed
Pick an activity type, a place and a time, and share one link. Attendees sign up and pay by card or BLIK on the page and get reminders, and you see who is coming. Ask for a deposit against no-shows if you like.
Organize an activity for freeYour attendees do not need the app either.

Questions people ask
Is Spotco free?
Browsing, joining free activities and organizing are free. Some activities carry a cost, usually a ticket, a table or a booking split between everyone going, and the price is on the activity before you join.
What happens if an activity is full?
Take a queue place. When someone drops out, the first person in the queue moves up automatically.
What if not enough attendees join?
An organizer can set a minimum number of attendees. If it isn’t reached four hours before the start, the activity is cancelled automatically and everyone who joined is told.
Can I cancel after joining?
Yes, up to 12 hours before the start. Every activity shows its cancellation terms before you join, and when you cancel, your place goes to the first person in the queue. Not turning up without cancelling lowers your reliability rating, which is shown on your profile.
Do I need any experience?
No. Most activities need no skill at all: a walk, a picnic, a language meetup or a games night is for anyone. Sports activities say whether they are for every level, amateurs or professionals, so you can pick one that suits you.
Is Spotco a way to meet new people?
Yes, that is what most activities are for. Networking walks, language meetups, picnics, games and quiz nights, talks and supper clubs bring people together around something to do, at a set time and place, and you see who is coming. Plenty of regulars end up friends.
Who organizes activities?
Anyone can organize one: a community running weekly walks and networking evenings, a language meetup, a running club, or a venue publishing its own activities. Attendees of an organizer’s activities can review them, and those reviews appear on every activity they run.
Can I organize something myself?
Yes. Pick an activity type, a place and a time, and publish. It takes under two minutes, and Spotco handles the places, the queue and the reminders.
Which cities is Spotco in?
Spotco is live in Warsaw. Each city page lists what is on this week, by activity type.
What if something goes wrong at an activity?
Report the activity, the person, a chat message or a review from the app, and we review every report. You can also block someone: you stop seeing each other’s activities, and neither of you can join the other’s. If anyone is in danger, call 112 first.
