What the commission is
It is taken only on bookings Spotco brings: an organizer who is not you books one of your times and fills it with attendees who joined on Spotco. It comes out of slots paid online, after the slot. Your own customers cost you only the payment cost.
Questions
Do I need a plan to be on Spotco?
No. Listing, claiming and taking bookings are free, and Free stays free.
How does the free trial work?
Starter and Pro begin with a free trial, once per venue. You add a card when you start, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes, from your venue dashboard, whenever you like. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and then your venue is on Free. Switching between Starter and Pro is prorated.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, once a month. A receipt comes by email after each payment, and your payment history is in your venue dashboard.
I organize activities. Is this for me?
Organizing activities on Spotco is free. These plans are for venues: courts, pitches, halls and clubs.
