View role
Small team. A lot to build.
Spotco is still at an early stage, so the people who join us can have a real influence on the product and how we grow the company.
We’re looking for people who are independent, curious, and willing to find out what works.
What we’re building
An app and a website that help people find group activities near them, or organize their own: football, runs, board games, walks, workshops and more.
An organizer adds an activity in a few minutes; attendees join it and agree the details in a shared chat. We’re starting in Warsaw.
How we work
Mostly remotely and in writing, with a short call when it helps.
We agree on clear goals, then leave you room to reach them your way. What counts is what happens, not how many hours or messages it took.
