Requests you approve, not bookings you discover
An organizer picks one of your open times and sends a request with who they are, how many attendees and how reliably they turn up. You approve or decline with a reason. Anything left unanswered for 48 hours lapses and frees the time again.
Publish your own activities next to everyone else’s
Leagues, open play, tournaments, club nights and services go out under your venue’s name, shown to people in your city beside the activities organizers run. Attendees join, queue when it is full, and get reminded before it starts.

Tell us about your venue
Leave your details below. A person reads every message and replies by email, usually to confirm that you are the one who runs the place.

Set your hours and your prices
Add your weekly hours and what a slot costs. Your page shows them straight away, and people can ask for any free time.

Approve the bookings you want
Requests arrive in your dashboard with the organizer’s record beside them. Approve, decline or let them lapse. Your own activities go out the same day.

Does it cost anything?
No. Claiming your venue’s listing is free.
Do I need the app?
Not to get in touch. Leave your details below and we reply by email. Claiming a listing is completed in the Spotco app, which is coming to the App Store and Google Play, and we will tell you when it is out.
Who books my times?
Organizers: people and clubs who organize an activity and need a place for it. They pick one of your open times and send a request, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
Do you take payment for me?
Not yet. The price of the slot is recorded on each booking, the organizer pays you as they do today, and you mark it paid in the dashboard.
What happens to my listing if I don’t claim it?
It stays on Spotco with its name and address, and organizers can still arrange activities there. Until it is claimed, nobody can set its availability, approve bookings or publish activities under its name.
Something about my venue is wrong, or I want it removed
Choose “Correct or remove a listing” in the form below and tell us what is wrong. We check every request, and a removed venue disappears from the app and the website.
