Slow, floor-based Yin Yoga every Friday evening, back after the summer break. Most poses are seated or lying down and held for a while, which makes it a good fit for stiff backs, tight hips and shoulders after a week at a desk. Mats and bolsters are set up in a quiet room inside a café in central Warsaw. After class, people usually stay for coffee or matcha, and the café often has live music or other events later in the evening. Beginners are welcome.
